HOLLYWELL SUBURB INFORMATION
Hollywell has a village feel wedged between the Gold Coast’s stunning Broadwater and the Pine Ridge Conservation Park. The suburb lies on the Broadwater and also has direct access to the Coomera River. It has easy access to major shopping centres at nearby Runaway Bay and Harbour Town. It is a popular spot for fishing.
Residential
Hollywell is made up mainly of houses, a few with waterfront views. Many older houses are being bought for their land value as land is scarce in the area.
Shopping
Runaway Bay Shopping Village is a five minute drive and has a number of specialty stores as well as Woolworths, Coles, Big W and Target. Ten minutes away is Harbour Town Shopping Centre, an outlet haven that is home to a number of brand names. There are small shops along the Paradise Point Esplanade overlooking the Broadwater.

Transport
Buses run through Hollywell twice an hour. There is also easy access to the M1 Motorway from this area.
Recreation
There are some beautiful parks which are a great spot for a picnic or barbecue. Only a few minutes away just opposite the Paradise Point Village shops is a lagoon swimming enclosure. Boating and fishing are very popular in this area.
Golf
Hope Island Resort is about a ten minute drive from Paradise Point. It holds an 18-hole championship golf course designed by five time British Open champion Peter Thomson and his architect firm, Thomson Perrett. Visitors are welcome.
