Established in 1986, Hillsea Real Estate has been proudly servicing the northern Gold Coast for more than 40 years. At Hillsea Real Estate, we consider ourselves more than just Property Managers — we are Asset Managers. Our focus is on helping you protect, maintain and maximise the value of your investment through a comprehensive management service. We do much more than simply collect the rent.

Our Property Management team takes a proactive approach to the care of your investment. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, with owner instructions sought prior to engaging tradespeople wherever appropriate. We also follow through on works to help ensure they are completed satisfactorily and your property remains well maintained.

Routine inspections are conducted approximately every three months, allowing our team to monitor the general condition and presentation of the property and identify any maintenance or other matters that may require attention.

You will be allocated a dedicated Property Manager who will oversee the day-to-day management of your investment and act as your key point of contact. Our Property Managers are supported by an experienced Senior Operations Manager and a dedicated administration team, providing additional knowledge, continuity and support when required.
