Paradise Point Parklands Set to Reopen with Exciting New Playground Upgrade

Exciting changes are coming to Paradise Point, with the newly upgraded Paradise Point Parklands playground set to officially reopen this September.

The much-anticipated upgrade will provide a fresh, modern space for local families and visitors to enjoy, with new play equipment, shaded areas, seating, landscaped spaces and family-friendly facilities.

A Playground Designed for Adventure

The upgraded playground features a striking blue-themed play area, including large climbing structures, slides, swings, interactive play equipment and unique spaces designed to encourage imaginative and active play.

With extensive shade coverage, landscaped gardens, pathways, seating areas and picnic facilities, the upgraded parklands are designed to be more than just a playground — they will provide a place for the wider community to gather, spend time outdoors and enjoy everything Paradise Point has to offer.

The proposed playground includes a range of climbing, sliding and interactive play elements.

Community Celebration Coming This September

To celebrate the reopening, a Division 4 community celebration will be held on:

More than 400 local residents are expected to attend throughout the morning, with family-friendly activities planned to celebrate the completion of the upgraded playground.

The event will feature an underwater-inspired theme, including blue snow cones and a range of family-friendly activities throughout the morning.

A new destination for families and the wider Paradise Point community.

Supporting Local Paradise Point Businesses

The reopening celebration will also provide an opportunity to showcase some of the fantastic local businesses that form part of the Paradise Point community.

Nearby cafés, restaurants and retailers are being encouraged to participate in the celebrations by offering special promotions, themed items or exclusive deals on the day.
